A Special Place for Special People
“The quality improvement (QI) committee is an excellent example of a working relationship team that has seized
the vision established by the owner; it lives by its credo: A special place for special people.
The committee constantly works to improve and provide the highest level of care possible.
The respect and trust staff members have in the committee are evident and deeply rooted.
As a group, it is progressive and innovative in providing a home that is evolving with new
programs and home-like qualities that are founded on the principle of “What can we do next?”
The organization is admired for what has been created; there is utilization of skills and expertise at a level rarely seen.”

Dear Nurses, Office Staff, and Caregivers,
I would like to thank everyone at Nipissing Manor for the wonderful care given to my husband,
Walter, during his stay there.
I was always consulted on every detail concerning Walter’s care and everything was done to make him comfortable.
I was especially grateful to be allowed to stay in the room with Walter the night before he died.
Nothing but good things can be said about Nipissing Manor and I was glad that Walter was able to spend his last days in your care.
Thanks for the lovely cards and messages of condolence.
God Bless all of you.
